Staying here was perfect for exploring New Orleans since it's just a few steps away from some of the city's most iconic spots like Jackson Square and Bourbon Street, and you can get to the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in less than a 10-minute walk, making it super easy to soak in all the great vibes and history of the area; the staff was friendly and the hotel offered basic amenities for a comfortable stay but the room could use some updates.

the room was super clean and modern. the hotel's close to the cruise port - so convenient. we could walk everywhere and the trolley's just a few blocks away. 3 bucks for a day's trolley ride! concierge and front desk staff hooked us up with great local tips. they even helped arrange a taxi and held our bag after check-out.
